A Touch of Humor - Rituals

What kind of unintended rituals do we carry out in the church? Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

    Eating is a good ritual. I often think that many of our meals is a picture of what it means to 'do this in remembrance of me'.

      Personally I am in favor of eating, even beyond its connection with communion. But I did want to point out how many things we do sometimes unconsciously as part of the worship of God and do we ever ask why.

      I often think that communion is simply a mixture of prayer and eating.
