In a spiritual world of quick fixes and vague emotion, is it crazy to believe there is still a place for insights based on simple, basic, theological understanding. I believe it is worth exploring.

Old Erich Proverb - Thwart
To believe we are smart enough to predict Christ's coming is to presume we are smart enough to thwart God's purpose.
I used to hear folks say that we do not know the day or the hour but we can know the season. Not sure what to make of that. LOL. Guess a millenia can be a season.
When I see how many people throughout the history of the Christian church thought theirs must be the season for Christ's coming, I have to be very cynical of such statements.
So true Mike. I still remember the book, 88 Reasons Why Christ Will Return in 1988. Personally I thought He might return around the turn of the century.
In the end, Jesus will return at our end. We will see him when we breathe our last. It is our blessed hope.
