A Touch of Humor - Introduction

What is the best way to promote knowledge of missions? Are there ways to be avoided?

    I have long term relationships with several missionaries and church planters. The church I used to attend hosts a missions conference once a year. That was a great encouragement to both the church and those we sent out.

      To be honest I never have either. :) I wanted something so unusual I could not be seen as making fun of anyone I knew. A missions conference does seem to be a good approach.
