Is the problem with the Christian church in this country not having enough of the best people? What is the problem?

    In a sense, people are not the problem at all. Unless one considers our difficulty in changing how we do church.

      I agree. The problem is not that we need more good people, it is that we need to change from a leader centered concept to a body concept of ministry.
