In a spiritual world of quick fixes and vague emotion, is it crazy to believe there is still a place for insights based on simple, basic, theological understanding. I believe it is worth exploring.

Old Erich Proverb - Will
God works miracles today the same way He has always worked them - according to His will.
The older I get, the more I appreciate the natural miracles. Having a Good Samaritan pick me up when I fell last week is an example of such. Of course, as I sit here in a wheelchair with a few pelvic fractures, I wouldn't mind a dose of the supernatural. :)
I can greatly sympathize with that. I wish God would just immediately heal my pancreatic cancer. But I have seen it go from presumed inoperable to potentially operable with an attempt to surgically remove it scheduled. Sometimes God leads us one step at a time.

DeleteGreat points Mike. It does give the phrase "Wait on the Lord" new meaning.
