What kind of things should we teach children? How much can they understand?

      Sounds like a good idea to me. How do we go about teaching children that?

      I have found that telling someone to do something like that, whether children or adult has very limited impact.

      Demonstrating it is better. But I think what needs to happen in the long run is to teach a child about the deep love of God so they have an ultimate example to imitate.

    I think that we can give them examples of people who have forgiven and loved their enemies. Corrie ten Boon comes to mind.

      That is one way to go about demonstrating it and that is a good example.
