      Seems like faith is a byproduct of trust. We have faith in something or someone because it/they are trustable.

      I am not quite sure I understand your distinction.It is clear we trust people because they are trustable, but how does faith differ from this?

      Yeah. I think that there is not that much of a distinction. I was thinking about the idea of how I trust God because of what I believe about him.

      I would agree that our trust in God is grounded in God's character and what we believe about that character.
