    People who are causing trouble, disunity and dissension should be ministered to. Generally speaking, we should seek to restore such people in a spirit of humility and kindness. If restoration is not possible then we should ask them to find another place to worship.

      I agree, I feel the goal, though it may not always be possible is reconciliation.
