God's way of salvation has been accused of being to easy, but Christ paid for it with His life.

    And like Jesus, following God costs us everything as we deny ourselves and take up our cross.

    Grace is there regardless of whether we obey or rebel.

      True, but it is grace that makes obedience possible. It motivates and empowers genuine obedience.
